After having complete your FREE INTRO CLASS, here is where your jiu jitsu journey should starts.
FOUNDATION COURSES OVERVIEW
The aim for this courses is to teach you fundamentals technique and core principle that every BJJ practitioner should know. The program has been created to make sure all our students have a solid foundation; including body coordination, core concept, and fundamental principles.
Our brand new course is great for those of you that are living a busy life, between work and family and cannot squeeze in a training session after work. Lunch break can work just as good as any other time! This course will cover fundamental BJJ, great for anyone who is getting started and more advanced students.
Classes run Mondays to Thrusday at 12.15 pm.
This class focus are the basic of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in terms of techniques. Students will learn the fundamental skills and strategies of BJJ, including a variety of submissions and escapes, but not only! We will be also covering basic throws and Jiu-Jitsu take-downs.
This class isn't only just for the beginners, but also the advanced student get benefit from it; if you are looking to perfect your basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
Classes run at 7 am, 12.15 pm and 6 pm every day.
The advance program gives the students the chance to get their jiu-jitsu to the next level, you will learn how to combine basics with more complex technique and start build your own strategy.
This program is great for those of you that what to start blending together a different variety of technique, including some old school and modern jiu jitsu. To access to this class you must before agree with professor Jorge.
Advance classes run everyday at 10 am and 7.30 pm; white kimono only for evening sessions.

No-Gi jiu jitsu is an aspect of BJJ much more fast and dynamic, always rely on self-defense strategies and applying the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu principle. Almost all of the ground game aspect of what you normally see in a mixed martial arts (MMA) training or event are all No-Gi techniques; and they can be applied to everyday situations. No-Gi training is great way to learn how to control an opponent by gripping the body’s natural handles.
No-Gi classes run every Wednesdays all day long; JSBJJ rash guard required for training session.
