  • ALWAYS BE RESPECTFUL ON AND OFF THE MAT
  • NO FOUL LANGUAGE OR PROFANITY 
  • SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND WILL BE NOT TOLERATED
  • NO FILMING WILL BE TOLERATED DURING CLASS TIME
  • ABSOLUTELY NO COACHING YOUR CHILDREN OR OTHER STUDENT DURING CLASS
  • PLEASE TRUST IN THE WORK OF OUR INSTRUCTOR
  • NO ELECTRONIC DEVICE ON THE MAT DURING CLASS
  • IF, LATE PLEASE SIT OR STAND TO THE SIDE OD THE TRAINING AREA UNTIL YOU ARE WELCOMED TO THE CLASS BY THE PROFESSOR OR COACH
  • DO NOT LEAVE THE MAT ARE WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION  FROM THE PROFESSOR OR COACH
  • TRAINING GEAR AND GI'S MUST BE KEPT CLEAN
  • WHITE GI'S ARE TO BE WORN DURING ALL EVENING CLASSES, COLORED GI'S ARE PERMISSIBLE ONLY DURING OPEN MAT AND MORNING CLASSES
  • ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE CLUB PATCHES MAY BE WORN IN THE ACADEMY
  • ALL GI MUST BE PATCHED WITH JSBJJ PATCHES FRONT OR BACK
  • THE JSBJJ NO-GI UNIFORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NO-GI CLASSES (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • NO SHOES, FOOD OR DRINK ON THE MAT AT ALL TIMES (FLIP FLOP MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIME OUTSIDE OF TRAINING AREA)
  • ALL METAL OBJECTS, JEWELRY, PIERCING, NECKLACES AND OTHER ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE TRAINING
  • FINGERS AND TOES NAILS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND NEATLY TRIMMED FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY
  • KEEP FEET CLEAN, DIRTY FEET WILL NOT BE TOLERATED 
  • PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TRAINING WHILE ILL OR WITH SKIN INFECTIONS (PLEASE BE SURE TO BANDAGE ALL OPEN WOUNDS BEFORE TRAINING)
  • PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH ALL TRAINING GEARS, RENTAL FEES WILL APPLY FOR STUDENTS
  • EVERYONE MUST WEAR SHIRT OR RASH GUARD AT ALL TIME INSIDE THE ACADEMY ( RASH GUARD ARE REQUIRED UNDER YOUR GI)
  • ALL TRAINING GEAR AND BAGS MUST STAY IN THE LOCKER ROOM, NOT IN OR AROUND THE TRAINING AREA
  • WORKOUT WITHING YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, PLEASE INFORM ALL INSTRUCTORS OF ALL/ANY HEALTH CONDITION YOU MAY HAVE
  • ADDRESS THE BLACK BELT INSTRUCTORS AS PROFESSOR AND NON BLACK BELT INSTRUCTORS COACH
  • TALKING SHOULD BE KEPT AT MINIMUM DURING TRAINING AND RELATED TO CLASS MATERIAL
  • EVERYONE MUST STAND OR SIT IN GOOD POSTURE DURING THE DEMONSTRATION OF ANY TECHNIQUE
  • KNOW YOUR LIMIT AND RESPECT YOUR TRAINING PARTNER
  • THE BELT REPRESENT YOUR PROGRESS. TRY TO KEEP IT ON AT ALL TIMES (INCLUDING YOUR STRIPES)
